Our Partners are former operating executives who have held CEO, COO, CFO, Development, Sales Management and Board positions in multiple healthcare organizations, including facilities (hospitals, hospital systems and ambulatory surgery centers), physician management, diagnostic services, biotech, managed care, wellness and post-acute care companies. We have operating and search experience in publicly-traded companies as well as private equity firms and their portfolio companies.
With this background and experience, while each client has a specific engagement Partner, we work as a team to best meet our clients’ needs. Through our research, we target other companies in our client’s sector, and then begin the process of identifying possible referral sources and candidates within those companies. Simultaneously, we reach out to long-standing relationships we have throughout the industry to solicit suggestions for the specific client engagement. This outreach often results in exploring candidates who were previously in the sector, individuals with experience in similar segments or even individuals now in a different functional role. Throughout this process, we constantly exchange ideas as to how we can identify the best possible candidates for every client, while also insuring that everyone on our team understands the status of every assignment.
D’Antoni Partners undertakes each engagement with two central objectives: understand our clients’ organizations as if we were part of the executive team and from that perspective, present candidates we would hire.
